Sampling is risk-based and designed around your centre, qualifications and assessors. For a new qualification or assessor, the first three courses would ordinarily be sampled. Sampling frequency may then reduce when assessment practice is consistently compliant and any actions have been addressed.

Our standard sampling approach covers 100% of learners within a selected cohort and the relevant assessment criteria. The precise sampling plan is agreed with your centre and must reflect awarding organisation requirements.

We provide clear, documented feedback and agreed corrective actions. We can also help your team understand what needs to change and review the evidence of actions being completed.

Frequency depends on risk, qualification delivery, assessor experience and previous findings. New assessors or qualifications typically receive closer sampling before a reduction in frequency is considered.

Our Essential, Professional, Premium and Enterprise packages offer different levels of support based on course volumes and centre requirements. We will recommend a suitable package after discussing your qualifications, learner numbers and sampling needs.

Our monthly IQA packages are offered on three-month rolling agreements. We will confirm the specific scope and terms in your quotation.

Yes. We can review the package as your course frequency, learner numbers or qualifications change, and discuss the most appropriate level of ongoing support.

Additional services such as compliance audits, observations, EQA preparation and consultancy can be quoted separately where they fall outside the agreed package scope.
